CM/GC Services for Central Library Refresh

This contract is for Construction Management/General Contractor (CM/GC) Services for the Central Library Refresh Project, as well as potential other library refresh projects. The project involves the installation of Automated Materials Handling (AMH) systems and renovation of public areas in various libraries. The contract is expected to be awarded through a Request for Proposal (RFP) process, with a focus on collaborative project delivery and sustainable building practices. The successful proposer will be expected to provide pre-construction services, construction management, and completion of all construction work elements necessary to deliver the projects within the required schedule and budget.
