Parks and Facilities Reservation Software Solution

The Town of Miami Lakes is seeking a web-based and mobile device friendly software solution to handle program registration and scheduling tasks for the Parks and Recreation Department. The contract was awarded to CivicPlus, LLC, who proposed a software solution that met the Town's requirements. The scope of work includes providing a website for customers to self-register for courses and programs, as well as reserve facilities, and providing a simple user interface for the Department to program courses and manage customers. • The software solution must be externally hosted and have been in operation for a minimum of three years. • The proposer must have been in business for at least three years and have at least three verifiable municipal references. • The Evaluation Committee ranked the proposals based on responsiveness and qualifications. • The contract is recommended to be awarded to CivicPlus, LLC, with the option to cancel and reissue a new solicitation if an agreement cannot be reached.
