Description
The County of San Luis Obispo's Behavioral Health Department is seeking a consultant to develop a strategic plan to prioritize initiatives, workforce, structure, and use of funding over the next five years. The scope of work includes working with a steering committee, conducting surveys or input gathering from the community and partners, and developing measurable goals. The product required will include a written report and electronic tools to assist the department in tracking and implementing the strategies. Key aspects of the contract include:
