Photography & Yearbook Services

Mansfield ISD is seeking proposals for Photography and Yearbook Services for the District. The solicitation is an informal Request for Proposal, and awards will be made on an incremental basis during the offering period. Vendors are encouraged to submit responses as soon as possible. The District reserves the right to negotiate terms, conditions, or pricing with a Vendor prior to an award. • The opportunity includes services for Individual & Group Photography and yearbook services. • Vendors will be notified as their applications are accepted or rejected by the District. • The District has expanded the line items to include yearbook services, and lines 1, 4, & 10 are section headers that do not require a response. • A Data Privacy Agreement can be found under the Attachments tab, Attachment #3.
