Description
The City of Springfield is seeking a concessionaire to operate, manage, and maintain a food and beverage concession at the Franconia Golf Course Clubhouse. The successful proposal will provide affordable, high-quality food and beverage items for consumption in a clubhouse environment during a minimum operating season of April 1 through November 30, daily.
• The concessionaire will be responsible for operating, managing, and maintaining the concession.

• The City of Springfield reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
