The New Castle County Vocational‑Technical School District is seeking a vendor to provide student‑transportation shuttle‑van services for a small number of students throughout the district. The contract is for a one‑year term beginning 28 July 2026, with the possibility of up to three one‑year renewals and short month‑to‑month extensions. Vendors must submit hourly rates for four service categories (daily, lift‑vehicle, lay‑over, weekend) via the mandated Appendix B spreadsheet, and must meet Delaware driver licensing, background‑check, insurance, and safety requirements. The award will be made within 90 days after the public opening of proposals.
• Provide daily, lift‑equipped, lay‑over, and weekend shuttle‑van transportation (≈40 mi one‑way, 1 student per route).
