Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide Vocera Communication System Support Services for the Northern Arizona VA Healthcare System. The contractor will be responsible for providing premier level Vocera Support Services, including equipment replacements, software updates, technical support, and training. The contract will be for a base year with four one-year option periods. The contractor must be an OEM authorized distributor and provide a brand name only procurement.

* 450 Vocera V5000 Badges with dedicated panic button and antimicrobial material
* 450 Device Licenses
* 1,000 Batteries with a minimum of 35 hours of battery life
* 75 8-Bay Chargers
* Extended Warranty for Badges and 8-Bay Chargers
* Compatibility with existing systems and equipment
* Compliance with VA Directives and Handbooks regarding information protection and patient privacy.
