Non-Exclusive On-Airport Rental Vehicle Concession

The City of Burlington (Patrick Leahy Burlington International Airport) is seeking up to five qualified firms to operate non‑exclusive vehicle‑rental concessions on airport grounds. Each concession will run for a five‑year term (Dec 1 2026 – June 30 2031) with a retroactive start date of July 1 2026. Awards will be based on the highest minimum annual guarantee offered for the first contract year. Successful bidders will manage all aspects of the rental operation, including fleet acquisition/maintenance, staffing, customer service, and compliance with airport regulations.
