Medical Gas System Testing, Inspection and Maintenance for Roseburg VAMC, Roseburg, OR

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide medical gas system testing, inspection, and maintenance services at the Roseburg VA Medical Center in Oregon. The contractor will be responsible for performing annual inspections, testing, and maintenance of the medical gas system, including oxygen, medical air, nitrous oxide, vacuum, and nitrogen systems. The contractor will also be required to provide certification and documentation of the work performed. The contract is set aside for small businesses and has a period of performance from July 3, 2026, to July 2, 2027. • The contractor will perform annual inspections and testing of the medical gas system, including master alarm panels, area alarm panels, zone valves, and medical gas outlets. • The contractor will provide certification and documentation of the work performed, including a written report and test results. • The contractor will be required to coordinate with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) to schedule the work and ensure that it is completed in a timely manner. • The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and Compressed Gas Association (CGA) standards. • The contractor will be required to provide a safety plan and ensure that all workers understand and comply with safety measures while working on the medical gas system.
