Description
The San Bernardino County Department of Airports is seeking a qualified vendor to operate a café and/or craft brewery within Building A-190 at the Apple Valley Airport. The selected vendor will be responsible for designing, operating, staffing, marketing, and maintaining the café/restaurant concession, providing high-quality food, beverage, and craft beer services in a welcoming environment with both dine-in and take-out options. The contract term will be for a minimum of 10 years and a maximum of 20 years, with the option to extend beyond the initial term based on contractor performance and negotiations.

• Providing a unique and welcoming dining experience for airport users and the local community
• Offering a variety of food and beverage options, including craft beer
• Maintaining a high-quality facility that contributes to the charm and vitality of the airport environment
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, codes, and regulations
• Participating in a voluntary site walk and proposal conference
• Submitting proposals electronically through the County Electronic Procurement Network (ePro)
