Description
Valley Water is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide portable sanitation facilities and services for agency events and field operations. The scope of work includes furnishing, delivering, installing, and maintaining luxury restroom trailers for special event use and standard chemical toilets for field crews. The contractor will be responsible for supplying consumables, providing servicing and waste removal during the contract period, and removing units promptly following use. All facilities must comply with applicable health, sanitation, and accessibility requirements, including ADA standards where required.
• The initial term of the contract is one year with options for up to four additional one-year term extensions.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable environmental, safety, and health standards.
• The contractor must provide proof of insurance and bonds as required by Valley Water.
• The contractor must comply with Valley Water's small business outreach program requirements.
• The contractor must submit a bid that includes all required documentation and information.
