Description
Texas Tech University is seeking a qualified Travel Management Company to plan and manage the travel arrangement needs of the University. The selected company will be responsible for providing travel management services, including car rentals, airlines, hotels, and other travel support services. The company will also be required to ensure compliance with State of Texas and federal travel regulations. The scope of this RFP includes individual and group domestic and international travel, as well as study abroad programs.
• The Proposer will be expected to attend regular meetings with the TTU Travel Services Office and other TTU representatives.
• The Proposer must operate within the requirements of TTU's travel policies and the State of Texas' travel policies.
• The Proposer will provide marketing and support services for the implementation and ongoing campus adoption of the booking tool.
• The Proposer will have systems in place to maintain and reconcile the monthly ghost card or virtual card statements.
• The Proposer will provide email or electronic confirmation of reservation number(s), itinerary, and any other pertinent information to travelers.
