Electronic Document Storage for DPS/MVC

The State of Missouri is seeking a contractor to provide electronic document storage, licensing, and premium support services for the Department of Public Safety (DPS) and Missouri Veterans Commission (MVC). The contractor will be responsible for securely migrating existing data, providing training and support, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. The contract will be for a period of one year. Key requirements include: * Experience with State of Missouri file management and retention * Ability to migrate data from another platform * Provision of training and telephonic technical support * Compliance with state and federal regulations, including HIPAA * Ability to provide a secure and scalable solution Some of the specific requirements include: * Secure migration of 100% of existing files * Provision of a plan for file format analysis, indexing scheme, and custom workflow * Installation, configuration, and training for up to 34 team members * Ongoing support and maintenance * Compliance with state and federal regulations, including HIPAA
