Project Management and Construction Inspection Services

The City of Chesapeake is seeking a qualified firm to provide project management and construction inspection services for construction projects on an as-needed basis. The selected firm will oversee publicly funded construction projects, ensuring that the City receives full advantage of funded projects. The scope of work includes developing financial estimates, monitoring construction costs and schedules, providing construction milestone reporting, and coordinating capital improvement projects. The firm will also be responsible for maintaining a daily diary of all work accomplished, reviewing and certifying contractor's payment vouchers, and providing on-site review of construction and consultation as requested by the City.
