Description
The Alabama Department of Transportation’s Aeronautics Bureau is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive document scanning and digitalization services for its internal records. The contract will require the conversion of paper files into searchable electronic formats, quality control, metadata tagging, and secure delivery of the digital assets to the agency. The solicitation is a Quick Quote (electronic) and is open for submission until the deadline listed above.
• Convert paper documents to electronic PDFs or other specified formats with OCR capability.
• Perform quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of scanned files.
• Apply metadata and indexing per agency standards for easy retrieval.
• Provide secure storage or transfer of digital files in accordance with State security policies.
• Support any required on‑site scanning assistance or consultation during the transition period.
