Insource AVEVA SCADA Software License and Support

The Lee County Utilities (LCU) is seeking to execute a single-source procurement for the continued licensing, subscription, maintenance, and technical support of AVEVA monitoring and control software. The software is used to monitor, control, and collect real-time operational data from the Water and Wastewater facilities. The scope of work includes the provision of AVEVA InTouch HMI, System Platform, Historian, and AVEVA Flex (Customer FIRST) Subscription services, as well as related training and expert support services. • The software is used for supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) and industrial automation. • The software enables plant staff to control plant processes, maintain regulatory compliance, monitor water quality, and retain historical operational data. • The intended single source is InSource Software Solutions, Inc. • The justification for single source acquisition is that InSource Solutions is the only authorized distributor and support provider for AVEVA monitoring and control software products in the State of Florida.
