Interim Shelter or Transitional Housing Operations

The San Diego Housing Commission is seeking qualified operators to run two residential programs – a Recovery Residential Program for individuals in addiction recovery and a Domestic‑Violence Residential Program for survivors and families. Operators must demonstrate at least three years of experience delivering trauma‑informed, housing‑focused services, provide case‑management ratios, and be able to launch operations quickly.
