Description
The Village of Poultney is seeking proposals for design, engineering, and construction services for energy efficiency and resiliency measures at the Old Firehouse. The project includes HVAC replacement, envelope improvements, lighting upgrades, and ADA compliance. The budget for the project is $89,871.03. The selected bidder will work with the village to refine the scope of work and ensure the project meets all standards set forth by the MERP program. Key services include:
