Description
The North Carolina Department of Natural and Cultural Resources is seeking a qualified vendor to provide full coverage HVAC maintenance for the Museum of the Albemarle. The contract term is three years, beginning on April 20, 2026, or the date of final contract execution. The vendor will be responsible for providing emergency and non-emergency repair services, furnishing newly manufactured original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts, and providing licensed and trained technicians. The vendor will also be required to designate a contract manager and provide customer service.
Some key aspects of the job include:
* Performing a comprehensive analysis of the unit level controller
* Checking and analyzing input/output and communication status
* Reviewing and analyzing critical control points associated with the specific controller
* Identifying and performing any corrective measures due to abnormal operating conditions
* Providing emergency and non-emergency repair service
* Furnishing newly manufactured OEM parts only
* Having vendor personnel sign in and out of the Visitor Log located in the office of the Department Contract Manager
