Description
The City of Austin is seeking a qualified vendor to provide holiday decorating and event setup services at various City facilities. The selected vendor will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and removing decorations, as well as providing event setup services. The City will provide all decorations and event materials. The contract will be for an initial term of 12 months, with the option to extend for up to two additional 12-month periods. The vendor must have at least five years of experience in providing similar services and must operate a full-time, permanent business address.
Key responsibilities of the vendor include:
* Installing holiday theme decorations at City of Austin buildings
* Maintaining decorations during the display period
* Removing decorations at the end of the display period
* Providing quote within two business days of notification for decoration service or event set up
* Responding to requests for decoration maintenance within one business day
* Returning all decorations to the onsite storage location
* Providing all equipment required to install and take down decorations
