2601 Envelope Printing

The Franklin County Municipal Court, Clerk of Court is seeking bids to establish a purchase order for envelopes for use in the Clerk's Office. The envelopes must meet specific requirements, including being made of recycled paper with a minimum of 30% post-consumer fibers, and having a return address printed in black standard ink. The bid must include the cost of required inside delivery, and the product must meet all applicable U.S. Postal Service requirements and printing industry quality standards. The winning bidder will be provided with the Seal and Return Address to be printed on the envelopes. • The Clerk's Office requires 60,000 #10 standard window envelopes with a return address printed in black standard ink. • The envelopes must have a throat no greater than 15/16 of an inch and be packed in 500 per box and 2500 per carton. • The bid must include the cost of shipping, handling, and any artwork. • The product must meet all applicable U.S. Postal Service requirements and printing industry quality standards. • The winning bidder will be required to deliver the envelopes to the Civil Division, 375 South High Street, 3rd Floor, Columbus, Ohio 43215, within 2 weeks of the confirmed purchase order.
