Description
The US Coast Guard is seeking a contractor to provide HVAC maintenance services for the Southeast District 7. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, tools, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to perform preventative maintenance and emergency support services for nine air conditioning units located on Decks 5 and 8 of the Brickell Federal Plaza Building in Miami, FL. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price services contract, and the period of performance will be for one year with two option years.
