Description
The United States Postal Service is seeking a vendor to provide regular box‑delivery transportation services on the Paradise → H004 route in California. The contractor must operate a single vehicle (minimum 120 cu ft) equipped with required lighting, a cellular phone, and optional “US MAIL” signage, performing daily trips (excluding Sundays and holidays) that cover roughly 16 mi per round‑trip and handle 229 mail boxes each day. Compensation will be an annual rate (to be proposed by the vendor) with extra‑trip mileage reimbursed at $6 per mile or pro‑rata. The contract runs from 12 Nov 2026 to 30 Sep 2032, requiring compliance with USPS safety, insurance, personnel‑screening, and prevailing‑wage regulations.
