Description
Chatham County is seeking a qualified and experienced audiovisual (AV) service provider to establish a comprehensive maintenance, service, and repair contract for the AV systems integrated throughout the Gadsden Courthouse. The primary objective is to ensure the continuous operational readiness, reliability, and peak performance of the AV systems. The selected vendor will be responsible for preventative maintenance, on-site repair, technical support, and emergency service.
• The AV system consists of eight (8) 40U AV Cabinets and serves twelve (12) courtrooms, the Jury Assembly Room, and the Multi-Purpose Room.
• The selected vendor will have one (1) month to shadow the outgoing support vendor to familiarize themselves with the system and ensure they have all the proper credentials and access to the system.
• The contract will be for a one (1) year term with renewal options for four (4) additional one (1) year terms.
• The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and is not bound to accept any proposal if it is contrary to the best interest of Chatham County.
