DHA Teleradiology Services (RFI)

The Defense Health Agency (DHA) is seeking information about the current capabilities of the teleradiology industry to provide supplementary teleradiology services for images taken at 60+ MTFs worldwide. The requirement involves 24/7/365 coverage for STAT, urgent, and routine cases, including the secure receipt, interpretation, diagnosis, and reporting of radiology images transmitted between MTFs and the contractor. The services must be compliant with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Department of War (DoW) cybersecurity standards, and applicable licensure/credentialing requirements. • The contractor must be able to provide full spectrum teleradiology services to multiple geographically dispersed facilities. • The contractor must be able to fluctuate capacity as mission needs change. • The contractor must be able to interface directly with a Picture Archiving and Communications System (PACS) or similar long-term archive systems. • The contractor must be able to establish a secure connection to DoW Networks or similar secured networks. • The contractor must be able to ensure continuity of services and support unforeseen volume or surge periods.
