Bus Charters - LSU A&M Athletics - Term Contract

The Louisiana State University and Agricultural & Mechanical College is seeking bids for bus charters and sprinter type/passenger vans for the LSU A&M Athletics team. The contract will be for a term of one year, with the option to renew for up to two additional 12-month periods. The supplier will be required to provide charter buses, sprinter type/passenger vans, fuel, labor, permits, drivers, and other necessary services for the LSU team travel season. The buses and vans must meet certain specifications, including being 2020 or newer, having restrooms, GPS, and other equipment. The supplier must also provide a 24-hour contact name and telephone number for emergencies. • The contract will be for a term of one year, with the option to renew for up to two additional 12-month periods. • The supplier will be required to provide charter buses, sprinter type/passenger vans, fuel, labor, permits, drivers, and other necessary services for the LSU team travel season. • The buses and vans must meet certain specifications, including being 2020 or newer, having restrooms, GPS, and other equipment. • The supplier must also provide a 24-hour contact name and telephone number for emergencies. • The contract prices shall remain firm for the duration of the contract term, and no price increases will be allowed unless escalation/de-escalation provisions are specifically provided for.
