Description
The State of California, Department of Parks and Recreation is seeking qualified vendors to provide portable chemical‑toilet rental, installation, regular servicing, pumping, waste disposal, and emergency repair for the Hearst San Simeon State Historical Monument (HSSSHM) and on‑call locations throughout the San Luis Obispo Coast District. The contract is a 5‑year, fixed‑price agreement (June 1 2026 – May 31 2031) covering both ADA‑compliant and standard units, hand‑wash stations, consumables, and 24‑hour emergency response.
• Provide and maintain portable chemical‑toilet units (ADA‑compliant and standard) and hand‑wash stations at multiple HSSSHM sites.
• Perform routine pumping, waste disposal, cleaning, and consumable replenishment on a scheduled basis as detailed in Exhibit B.
• Offer district‑wide on‑call rental services and respond to emergency service calls within 4 hours, supplying all labor, equipment, and supplies.
