On-Call Commercial Plumbing Repair & Installation Services

The County of Lexington is seeking a contractor to provide on-call commercial plumbing repair and installation services for its Building Services department. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, materials, transportation, and expertise necessary to perform commercial plumbing repairs and installations. The scope of work includes new installation, repair, and replacement of commercial plumbing systems and components, as well as drain clearing services. The contractor must possess the capability for after-hours emergency services and provide written scope of work and detailed cost estimates for County review and approval. • Key services: commercial plumbing repairs and installations, drain clearing services, and after-hours emergency services • Locations: all current and future County buildings and facilities, including administrative offices, courthouses, libraries, and operational facilities • Requirements: contractor must have all licenses required to complete the tasks listed in the RFPQ, and must provide proof of insurance and bonding
