Description
The Jefferson Patterson Park & Museum (JPPM) is seeking a firm to perform maintenance and emergency repairs to the HVAC systems in the park. The systems include VRV systems, mini-split systems, heat pump systems, geothermal heat pump systems, oil-fired furnaces, and air conditioning systems. The proposal package must include a completed "Bid Affidavit Form", "Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form", references, current Maryland licenses or certifications, current insurance certificates, and acknowledgement of receipt of any amendment(s) to this IFB.
• The proposal must be submitted according to Section III in the specifications titled "Bid Submission Packet".
• The proposal must be received no later than 3:00 PM on October 30, 2025.
• A pre-bid meeting will be held on October 15, 2025, at 9:00 AM.
• The contract sample and other attachments are included in the invitation for bid.
