The State of Missouri is seeking vendors to provide concrete for various state agencies on an as-needed basis. The contract will be for a period of approximately 304 days, from the date of award to May 31, 2027. Vendors must be registered with the Missouri Secretary of State and have a "Vendor No Tax Due" certificate. The contract will be a preferred use contract, but not an exclusive arrangement. The state agency will request quotes from all awarded contractors, and the contractor with the lowest cost that meets the state agency's needs will be considered the "lowest and best" quote response. Key considerations include:
• Providing concrete for one, some, or all counties stated on Attachment 1, State of Missouri Counties Map
• Participating in the State of Missouri's Cooperative Procurement Program
• Providing products and/or services as described in the contract, including prices, to other government entities
• Complying with the Domestic Product Procurement Act (Buy American) Preference
• Submitting quotes in writing by the timeframe indicated by the state agency
• Including all applicable costs associated with the provisions of the products/services specified in the quote response
• Pricing the specified product(s)/service(s) identified in the quote request based on the type of concrete needed, quantity needed, timeframes/delivery required, and the mandatory specifications stated by the state agency at the time of the quote request
