Description
The City of Los Angeles, Recreation and Parks is seeking a concessionaire to operate the food and beverage concession at the Rancho Park Golf Course. The concessionaire will be responsible for designing, managing, and operating the concession, including providing food and beverage services, maintaining the premises, and handling customer service. The concessionaire must have at least three years of experience in operating a similar business and must demonstrate financial capacity to finance, operate, and sustain the operation. The concession agreement will be for a term of five years. Key areas of evaluation include background and experience, business plan, management and operations plan, financial offer, and FF&E, capital improvements, and refurbishment plan.
• The concessionaire must provide a detailed business plan, including concepts for the restaurant, bar, kitchen, special event space, and other proposed areas.
• The concessionaire must provide a management and operations plan, including organizational structure, staffing plan, customer service plan, and facility maintenance plan.
• The concessionaire must provide a financial offer, including a concession fee to be paid to the City.
• The concessionaire must provide a plan for FF&E, capital improvements, and refurbishment.
• The concessionaire must demonstrate a commitment to sustainability and environmental sustainability.
