Prize Fulfillment Services

Arizona Lottery is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive prize‑fulfillment services for its lottery winners. The contract will be an ID/IQ award with a 24‑month base term (extendable to five years) and will require the contractor to manage every aspect of prize delivery, from winner validation through travel, lodging, event coordination, and post‑prize support. The State will issue individual task orders for each prize, and pricing must be firm‑fixed with a best‑price clause. Evaluation emphasizes experience, methodology, and work samples. • Core responsibilities include winner verification, tax and legal documentation, travel and accommodation logistics, on‑site event support, 24‑hour emergency hotline, and prize substitution/insurance coordination. • Contractor must hold specified insurance (CGL $2 M per occurrence, $1 M aggregate; auto $1 M CSL; workers’ comp $1 M) and comply with Arizona’s information‑security standards (AZDOHS, NIST 800‑53). • Submissions are electronic only via the Arizona Procurement Portal; all required attachments (experience, method, work samples, insurance, etc.) must be uploaded by the deadline. • No pre‑bid conference; all questions must be submitted by October 2 2026. The contract may be terminated for convenience or default, with net‑30 payment terms.
