Description
The State of Colorado, Department of Human Services, is seeking a vendor to provide oxygen and respiratory therapy services to the Colorado Veterans Community Living Center at Fitzsimons and/or the Wheat Ridge Regional Center. The vendor will be required to provide medical oxygen, durable medical therapy equipment, and respiratory therapy services. The contract is expected to start on July 1, 2026, and will have a term of one year with four one-year options to renew. The vendor will be required to have licensed or certified respiratory therapists and will be expected to respond to any deficiencies cited by surveys.
• The vendor must have experience providing similar services to nursing homes or IDD facilities.
• The vendor must have a plan in place to respond to any deficiencies cited by surveys.
• The vendor must be able to provide a copy of the therapist's license to practice respiratory therapy in the State of Colorado.
• The vendor must be able to demonstrate experience with care of tracheotomy patients.
