RTWS Termination Diversity & Inclusion Training Support

The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) is seeking a contractor to provide Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Training Support. The contractor will be responsible for providing two full-time individuals with DEIA subject matter expertise to support the agency-wide D&I Training Program. The scope of work includes program management, training development, data analysis, and reporting services. The contractor will work closely with DTRA to develop and execute training program activities and initiatives to support DEIA goals. Some key aspects of the job include: • Providing DEIA subject matter expertise and advisory support • Developing and implementing training programs to support DEIA initiatives • Assessing existing human capital products and processes to identify diversity gaps • Providing recurring and ad hoc DEIA-related and human capital data reporting and analysis • Collaborating with DTRA to design, develop, and plan engaging training programs • Executing continuous improvement efforts throughout the development and execution of the D&I Training Program
