PDG: Groundwork for a Learning Management System (LMS)

The Department of Early Learning and Care (DELC) is seeking a qualified Offeror to lay the groundwork for modernizing DELC's professional learning ecosystem. The selected Offeror will provide research, analysis, business case development, and strategic planning services to prepare DELC for a future Learning Management System (LMS). The scope of work includes current state assessment, future state vision, requirements framework, and conceptual roadmap. The Offeror will also provide a comprehensive, vendor-neutral LMS planning and transition strategy.
