Description
The Argonne National Laboratory is seeking local vendors to supply, setup, and teardown event rental equipment for their Open House event in June 2026. The desired rental equipment includes tents, tables, chairs, easels, poster boards, and other items. Vendors are requested to provide cost per quantity, as the exact quantities are not yet known. The laboratory requires vendors to review and accept their terms and conditions, as well as complete and return the ANL-70B Reps and Certs form.

• Tents with sides
• Tables and chairs
• Easels and poster boards
• Picnic tables and benches
• Trash cans and stanchions
• Porta potties and handwashing stations
The vendor will be responsible for supplying, setting up, and tearing down the equipment, and must comply with the laboratory's terms and conditions.
