Wasabi Cloud Storage Renewal

The County of Riverside is seeking quotations from authorized Wasabi partners/resellers for cloud storage services. The selected vendor will provide Wasabi Reserved Capacity Hot Cloud – Storage TB: 3072 for a period of one year, starting from June 1, 2026, to May 31, 2027. The vendor must provide pricing, a formal quote on company letterhead, and a letter from Wasabi confirming partner/reseller authorization. The County reserves the right to reject any or all offers and to waive any discrepancies or technicalities. The evaluation criteria will include the lowest overall purchase price, adherence to specifications, prompt payment discounts, warranties, delivery costs, delivery date, product acceptability, and service/customer support. • The County is looking for a vendor that can provide cloud storage services that meet the specified requirements. • The vendor must be an authorized Wasabi partner/reseller. • The contract will be for a period of one year, with an option for renewal. • The vendor must provide a formal quote, pricing, and a letter from Wasabi confirming partner/reseller authorization. • The County reserves the right to reject any or all offers and to waive any discrepancies or technicalities.
