Athletic Clothing

The County is seeking bids from qualified contractors to furnish and deliver athletic clothing to be used by personnel of the Division of Fire & Rescue Services during physical fitness training, wellness programs, recruit academy activities, and department sponsored athletic events. The clothing shall be personalized with County logos and/or information. The contract period shall be for one year commencing on or about August 1, 2026, with a renewal option for four additional years in one-year increments, exercisable at the sole discretion of the County. • The contractor shall provide athletic garments in sizes XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL to include T-Shirts, Sweat Shirts, Sweat Pants, Sweat Shorts, and Caps. • The garments shall be new and unused, current production models, free from defects in materials and workmanship, and designed for commercial or institutional use. • The contractor shall provide the garments with printed graphics that resist cracking, peeling, and fading, and maintain their appearance after repeated laundering. • The contractor shall also provide embroidery that matches approved thread colors, has clean backing, is free of loose threads, and is securely stitched.
