Vandenberg SFB Tank Inspection

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a contractor to provide non‑personnel services for the inspection and maintenance of above‑ground storage tanks (AST) at Vandenberg Space Force Base. The scope includes removing, disposing of, and transferring any remaining fuel; cleaning the tanks; replacing wiper seals; and conducting a full AST inspection on each tank listed in Attachment B. The work is strictly technical and requires compliance with Department of Defense fuel‑tank safety and environmental regulations. • Perform fuel removal, disposal, and transfer as required. • Clean interior of each tank to industry standards. • Replace wiper seals on tank components. • Conduct a comprehensive AST inspection per DoD guidelines. • Deliver inspection reports and any required documentation.
