Description
The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) is seeking a contractor to provide a Keysight Equipment Upgrade. The upgrade includes a Premium Upgrade Labor Agreement and a Premium Upgrade Hardware Agreement for a PNA network analyzer. The contractor must provide detailed specifications with their quote and be an authorized reseller of Keysight Products. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order, and the award will be made to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) quote.
Key requirements include:
