RFP Snack and Coffee Vending Services

Wor-Wic Community College is seeking a vendor to provide snack and coffee vending services on its main campus in Salisbury, MD. The contract will be for an initial period of approximately 3 months, with the option to renew for up to 4 additional 1-year terms. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing and maintaining vending machines, delivering and stocking products, collecting money, and providing refunds to patrons. The vendor will also be required to pay a commission on gross sales to the College. • The College is looking for a vendor with experience in providing vending services, particularly on college or university campuses. • The vendor must be able to provide a wide range of recognized brand-name snack foods and coffee/hot beverages. • The vendor will be responsible for maintaining the vending machines and ensuring that they are in good working order. • The vendor will be required to provide monthly reports to the College, including sales data and commission payments. • The College reserves the right to terminate the contract if the vendor fails to perform satisfactorily.
