Description
The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) is seeking a cloud‑based, integrated Planogramming‑Assortment Planning SaaS platform to replace manual, labor‑intensive processes across its 235 worldwide commissaries. The solution must ingest 2D/3D CAD and BIM files, generate automated, data‑driven planograms, provide real‑time API integration with SAP/ARTS, Oracle and other enterprise systems, and include compliance tracking, collaboration tools, and robust cybersecurity (CMMC Level 2). Offerors may respond to any or all of three Areas of Interest (AOI): 1) Integrated assortment, space planning & 3‑D visualization; 2) Compliance tracking, lifecycle management & collaboration; 3) Secure enterprise API integration & data synchronization. The Government will evaluate solution briefs, possibly invite Phase 2 pitches, and may award one or more AOIs via a commercial contract or Other Transaction.
