Human Resources Information Systems Solution and Implementation Services

The Village of Schaumburg is seeking a Human Resources Information Systems Solution and Implementation Services provider to manage the Village's HR department processes. The key objectives of this RFP are to gain information from prospective vendors, identify solutions available in the marketplace, and develop a budget plan. The scope of work includes providing a software platform to manage HR processes, streamlining hiring and onboarding, increasing reporting capabilities, and improving workflows for performance evaluations. • The Village is looking for a vendor with experience in providing similar services to municipal governments. • The vendor should have the ability to provide a comprehensive HRIS solution, including implementation services. • The vendor should have a strong understanding of the Village's HR department processes and be able to provide customized solutions. • The vendor should have experience with similar projects in the Chicago Metropolitan area and/or other comparable Illinois municipalities. • The vendor should be able to provide references from previous clients.
