Description
The Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) is seeking innovative commercial solutions for a Syndicated Point of Sale (POS) Data Platform to support the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA). The platform should provide modern, highly accurate syndicated market data, shopper analytics, economic modeling, competitor intelligence, and data integration services. The solution should address one, some, or all thirteen Areas of Interest (AOIs) outlined in the Call for Solutions.

The solution should provide a complete end-to-end solution for any proposed AOI, including data access and SAP/ARTS integration, tiered cybersecurity, and program support.
