The City of Green Bay is seeking a qualified vendor to provide secure, reliable bank courier services for the collection and delivery of cash deposits from multiple municipal locations to an authorized financial institution. The contractor must supply personnel, vehicles, equipment, and all necessary security controls, operate seven days a week, and maintain detailed chain‑of‑custody documentation. The contract is for an initial three‑year term with two optional one‑year renewals and will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
• Services include scheduled pickup, secure transport, verification, and documentation of deposits.
• Coverage of seven municipal sites (Clerks Office, Aquatic Centers, Pools, Bay Beach facilities) with daily or seasonal frequencies.
• Must provide backup personnel, emergency procedures, and maintain insurance and licensing.
• Pricing is all‑inclusive per pickup, with separate rates for after‑hours, holidays, emergencies, and additional stops.
