Description
The California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) is seeking bids for water testing services at the Devil's Garden Fire Center. The contractor will be required to provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to provide certified water quality testing. The contractor must have an Environmental Lab Accreditation Program (ELAP) certification and be located within two hours of the fire center. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive responsible bidder.
• The contractor must provide all sample bottles, labels, and "chain of custody" paperwork.
• The contractor must report analytical results to the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) Division of Drinking Water (DDW).
• The contractor must have a business license and be in good standing in their state of operation.
• The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• The contractor must provide proof of insurance and maintain it throughout the contract term.
