Description
The Wilmington VA Medical Center is seeking capable and responsible sources interested in providing HVAC cleaning services for grilles, registers, diffusers, and fan coil units. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to collect data for market research purposes only, which will assist the Government in developing its acquisition strategy. Respondents are encouraged to include a brief capability statement that covers the information in the attached draft Statement of Work.
• The service includes cleaning of HVAC grilles, registers, diffusers, and fan coil units.
• The service is for the Wilmington VA Medical Center located at 1601 Kirkwood Hwy, Wilmington, DE 19805.
• Respondents must provide a brief statement of interest and capabilities via email to Christina Gennaoui, Contract Specialist, by December 2, 2025.
• SDVOSB and VOSB firms must include proof of VetCert certification by the SBA.
