Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking sources that can provide refrigeration and AC maintenance services, including emergency repairs, for various equipment at the Lancaster, TX CMOP facility. The services will be performed on a quarterly basis by a licensed HVAC technician. The contractor will be responsible for providing all personnel, parts, tools, test equipment, and labor necessary to perform the quarterly maintenance and repair services.
* The equipment to be serviced includes refrigerators, freezers, air conditioning units, and ice makers.
* The contractor must provide a licensed HVAC technician to perform the services.
* The services will be performed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
* The contractor must provide service tickets upon completion of each visit, detailing the work performed and any deficiencies identified.
* The contractor must be registered in the Federal Government's System for Award Management (SAM) to be awarded a contract.
