On-Call Electrical Repair/Services Contract

The Yonkers Parking Authority is seeking a qualified and licensed electrical contractor to provide on-call electrical maintenance and repair services at its offices, indoor parking garages, and outdoor parking facilities. The contractor will be responsible for responding to service requests, performing repairs and maintenance, and providing hourly rates for labor. The contract term is one year, with the option to renew for up to two additional years. The proposer must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide full-service, on-call/emergency electrical maintenance and repair services. • The contractor must respond to service requests within eight hours and be prepared to have an employee on site within 24 hours. • The contractor must provide hourly rates for labor and materials. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to safety, health, and the environment. • The contractor must provide proof of insurance and indemnify the Yonkers Parking Authority against any claims or damages.
