SCRMH Hospital Staffing/Recruitment Services

The Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services (KDADS) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to support high-volume recruitment for the South Central Regional Mental Health Hospital’s pre-opening period. The selected vendor will work with KDADS to source, screen, and assist in hiring all positions outlined in Attachment A, which includes nurses, behavioral health technicians, clinical staff, administrative personnel, operational staff, and other roles needed to launch the hospital. This engagement is limited to recruitment for the startup phase and is not intended to serve as an ongoing outsourced recruitment program. Key aspects of the project include: • Recruitment for various positions, including nurses, behavioral health technicians, and administrative personnel • Sourcing, screening, and hiring of candidates • Assistance with the hiring process for the hospital’s pre-opening period • The project is limited to the startup phase and is not an ongoing recruitment program
